*Under 18s memberships for our gym are for ages 11 – 17 years. Our professional, friendly team can create a training programme especially for you to get you off on the right start with your training. Whether it's working out with friends, family or alone, young people are welcome in our gyms to train, develop their technique and make new friends. An induction is compulsory for all of our under 16s members.

Under 16s must attend the gym at set times (see below). At all times 11-13 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years old on a ratio of one to one. 14 and 15 year olds can attend unaccompanied at the set times allocated below. 16 years and over can use the gym at any time.

Under 16s Attendance Times (must be with a supervising adult)

School Term: Monday to Friday: 3pm – 5:30pm

School Holidays: Monday to Friday - 10am – 4pm

Weekends: 10am – 4pm

Please note for under 16s, the last admission is 30 minutes prior to the advertised end times above ^.

A parent or guardian is required to sign a waiver for any child under 16 and failure to do so will result in suspension of the membership.

* The Annual Enhancement Fee is a yearly charge of £25 applied to all active members on the 1st of October. This fee is directly reinvested into the enhancement and upkeep of our facilities.
